Where do backups get stored, and what access do we have to them?
Elasity backups are performed using EBS or RDS snapshots. The underlying storage for these snapshots are stored in Amazon S3, however, they will not be accessible by our customers, however, if customers require a copy of their data, we can assist in facilitating this request.
